It’s not often we can say we have a full weekend off, in fact only about 2 or 3 a year if that, but that is down to the enjoyment and commitment of what the boys do; however it does give a bit more time to reflect and evaluate events and performances and to further update our repertoire to ensure that venues get variety with our set lists.

This week we reflect on the wedding of Lawrence and Alison, held last weekend at the Norton Grange Hotel in Castleton Rochdale; a lovely venue, fabulous buffet and very attentive staff. What a fabulous night that was. The dance floor was not only full with guests dancing, but they stood on chairs too, to show off their incredible dance moves. Videos were taken by guests on mobile phones, (snippets attached,) which evidenced the backing singing from the crowd. The 2 way interaction between the crowd and Alphabetical Twins were second to none. It was just a shame that some participants from the crowd wanted to take control of the musical equipment in their enthusiasm...an ouch moment that was soon intercepted without notice of most.

As I write this passage, Ian and Ian ( yes the same first name but also both surnames are Wilson) are both in the studio going over 3 new songs ready to go live with them on 28th January at The Colliers Arms Chorley. This is a regular venue for us. Hopefully we will see some of you there and you will come over and say "Hello".
